My missing package
I never received my package, so I am in dispute with my bank to see if they will refund my money. I checked around the area because there's another address that's the same as mine, but it's on the other side of the building.
We have four complexes connected that are ran by the same property management but a different name, and there was never a package delivered there, either. It has been since the seventh of last month that I ordered my package, and that seemed like a really long time considering the package update had told me that there was supposed to be a delivery within a few business days.

There was never a delivery to my address.I have never had a package taken from my address So I don't think it was stolen I think they delivered it to the wrong address and I never received the pajamas.I ordered.

I've contacted the company and they denied my request and stated they hope I understand they are refusing my exchange request because I've sent the items back to them already. They also asked for my email but didn't send a forwarding address to send it to.
They didn't take care of me. I'm a level 5 customer, and all I asked for was to exchange the size of the clothes and get it for the sale price. They denied my request.

Order not received
Im home checking my emails and it says delivered so I make my way downstairs to check and to my surprise no package . They should not make it as delivered if the customer didnt receive it .
Also , if nobody is home dont leave it in the lobby leave it at a nearby post office so that way the customer doesnt have to look forward to package that they wont receive. It should be handled professionally and with care .

Placed an order but keeps saying I need 10 digit telephone number and it is 10 digits. Called and was told to remove hyphens and just type the numbers.
Did that and still does not go through. It also asked for a verification #. Ive ordered from Pat Pat before never had this problem. I found out that the problem was on their end.
They decided to ignore me. I ordered from another site with no problem.
No way to treat a returning customer. Their loss.

I tried to register to Ck my order but your system will not let me register. I believe there is an incorrect email that you are sending a code to.
Somehow an old email address is in your system and I have no way of correcting it. I will stop payment on this order if this is not corrected immediately I have no order number or confirmation because of your incorrect email.
